I’m Brigitta Tímea Körmöndi, a Hungarian author, internationally exhibited digital collage artist, and the designer behind BoN Editions, where I create one-of-a-kind premade book covers for independent authors.
My work has moved between literature and visual art for more than a decade. I have written novels and short stories, exhibited digital collage internationally, and worked in book cover design — different forms of storytelling connected by the same interest in atmosphere, character, and imagination.
Today, these different parts of my creative background come together in BoN Editions.
Book Cover Design & BoN Editions
My connection to book cover design began long before BoN Editions.
I was already designing book covers in 2016, and in a 2023 interview with Al-Tiba9 Contemporary Art, I spoke about book cover and poster design as part of my freelance work.
Today, I am the designer behind BoN Editions, an independent book cover studio specializing in one-of-a-kind premade book covers.
Every BoN Editions cover is created as an individual design and sold only once. Once purchased, that design is no longer available to another author.
My aim is not to create generic genre templates, but covers with their own atmosphere, visual identity, and story.
Writing
Before building BoN Editions, I was already part of the publishing world as an author.
I am the author of the published books:
A vak nő, aki látott
Bentlakás a pokolban
Fabatkó – Egy hibiszke, akit száműzött a mesevilág
My books were published by Ágenda Kiadó and have appeared through major booksellers and book platforms including Google Books, Goodreads, Lira, Libri, Bookline, Pillekönyv and others.
My writing has also been featured by independent book blogs and media, including Watchaholics and Krisz Nádasi Writes.
I have also written short stories published in anthologies and literary collections.
Being an author gave me something that still influences my cover design today: I know what it feels like to look at a cover not only as a designer, but as the person whose story has to live behind it.
Visual Art
Alongside writing and book design, I am a self-taught digital collage artist whose work has been exhibited and recognized internationally.
My work has appeared at the Athens Digital Arts Festival, MADS Art Gallery in Milan, Teravarna Art Gallery / Golden Duck Gallery, and in my solo exhibition Social Vision at the Párisi Udvar Gallery in Budapest.
My artwork has also appeared in international art publications and catalogues.

The Blog
Coverlog is where all these parts of my work meet: book cover design, visual storytelling, art, creativity, writing, psychology, and the strange ideas behind memorable covers.
Sometimes seriously.
Sometimes considerably less so.
Alongside articles about design and creative work, I also write short stories here — because apparently designing books was not enough involvement with fictional people.
And if you are here because you are looking for a cover for your own story, you can explore my currently available one-of-a-kind premade book covers at BoN Editions.
